Any User you assigned/give access will have the App/Menu on Portal side
Profile
Employees can view and Update their Profile Private Information.
Resume/Experience
Employees can View and Add New Experience.
Skills
Employees can View and Add new Skills
Configuration
- Make sure the employee is linked with User; check and confirm.
- Go to Employee --> open profile--> HR Settings tab.
- In the user field, select the User.
- Next go to Settings --> Users & Companies --> click on Groups (developer mode must be activated).
- Search or select the Group ['Custom Portal - My Profile Access'] and click to open.
- Add users in the order line as many as per need.
Now Login with the User you will see the My Profile
Click on it to view you Profile
Click on top right to Edit Profile for any information on your profile
Once filled than save changes
For Experience/Resume click on the top Experience on Main Profile to view OR add new/more
To add new/more top right click Add Experience
Once add save it
For Skills click on the top Skills on Main Profile to view OR add new/more
To add new/more top right click Add Skill
Once add click save
